Ordering, Shipping and Returns

The goal for shipping is 48-72 hours. I am a one person operation, meaning, realistically, packages can take up to 10 days to leave the facility. During sales, or high traffic times, the wait can be even longer.

I can not add or remove items, cancel or, otherwise, alter an order, in any way, after it has been submitted.

Exceptions can be made, at my discretion, but there will be a fee of $10 plus shipping, for orders under $200, and 15% of purchase price, plus shipping, for anything over.

Once an order has left the facility, I relinquish responsibility to the carrier. Lost, missing, or stolen packages must be referred to the shipping service.

Upon arrival, check that the package is not damaged or has not been tampered with, in any way. In the rare case that there is a damaged, missing, or incorrect item in your package, I require that you contact me within 48 hours of receipt. If, after 48 hours, no attempt to contact via e-mail, phone or Discord, has been made, regarding the damaged/missing/incorrect item(s), all items are deemed correct and received.

Refunds do not include shipping expense, if the product is returned after 14 business days.

Exchanges will not be accepted if you have already tampered with or opened/used a product.

I do not cover shipping on any decision you make after I send you your correct order. (ie. wanting to cancel a shipped order, ordering incorrect product(s), wanting a different product) is not supplied with any warranties from the manufactures I purchase from. Therefor, I do not accept returns if a product is non-defective, such as for any minor aesthetic reasons or personal dissatisfaction.

Because my products are not covered by warranty from the manufactures, I am not entitled to replace products due to 'wear and tear.' You will have to contact the manufacture of that product for a replacement unit, part, or accessory.

Should you have reason to return an item, please contact me, as soon as possible, with your order number and visual proof of reason for return.

Non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, with the consignee responsible for paying return shipping.

I realize that a lot of this runs counter to the way I have handled business in the past, and I apologize for the change in policy. As I stated, above, I'm one person, managing way more than I should, on way less sleep than I need. The new policy will help with the latter, at least. I hope you understand, and, as always, thank you.
